The Pool Subcommittee is the part of the Amenities Committee that focuses on pool management, pool policy, and the shared use agreement with the Russett Swim Team Committee. The subcommittee recommends pool rules and hours, coordinates with the Budget Committee to provide sufficient funds for pool management, and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors with regard to the pool management contract.
The Subcommittee is comprised of homeowner-volunteers that are interested in the operations of the Russett Pool Complex. From October through December in 2004, the Pool Subcommittee exercised the Amenities Contract Solicitation Process described in the Amenities Committee Charter to select a new pool management company for 2005-2009.
