Plans community social functions (e.g., picnics, parties). 

Amenities

Recommends action on pool operations, landscaping, tennis courts, basketball courts, and other amenities.

Finance 

Reviews input and recommends final budget proposal to the Board.

Community discussion including the Russett Reed newsletter and the Russett Web

Covenants

Establishes maintenance standards

           Promotes and recommends Green ideas for homeowners and the common area.
