Modifications Committee - How to Submit an Application


I Wanna..... How Do I?...... Why Can't I?...... The guidelines for modifications can be confusing. Hopefully, these tips can help you understand just what needs to be done to complete this process.

  • Always refer to the Design Guidelines for information about your modifications. Each individual modification is listed alphabetically with a description of what is allowable.
  • Design Review Application - must be received before the 15th of the month.
  • A Storm Door Modification Decision Form must be completed before installing a Storm Door which allows for more efficient review/approval.
  • Applications are reviewed by the Modifications Committee the last Wednesday of the month.
  • You may attend the 7:30 pm meeting - you will be seen on a first come basis - do not bring applications with you. They will NOT be seen.
  • All applications are processed prior to the meeting. The Modifications Committee discusses the applications at this meeting and makes their decision. You may call the on-site office the day after the meeting to find out if your application was approved.
  • Please make sure all information and supporting documents are attatched to your application or it will be considered incomplete and returned to you.
