Purpose of the committee:

The Management Contract Work Group (MCWG) was formed by the Board of Directors
in the summer  of 2009 to work on the management contract competition. 
The 7 members are all appointed by the board of directors. This is being done pursuant to the boards decision to recompete all major contracts RCA has in order to take advantage of the current economy. This work group is currenlty working on the transition consultant engagment for 2009 and a temporary 6 month management contract  in 2010 so a full management search can occur in 2010.
