Purpose of the committee:

The Management Contract Work Group (MCWG) was formed by the Board of Directors
in the summer  of 2009 to work on the management contract competition. 
The 6 members are all appointed by the board of directors. This is being done pursuant to the boards decision to re-compete all major contracts RCA has in order to take advantage of the current economy. This work group is currently working on the permanent management contract for 2010 that is planned to begin on 01JULY2010.
