The Modifications Committee is chartered by the Russett Board of Directors to review, approve or disapprove proposed changes to the exterior appearance of property in Russett for compliance with the covenants, restrictions, and design guidelines. Homeowners are REQUIRED by covenants on the title of their homes to obtain approval BEFORE making exterior modifications.

The committee usually meets the the last Wednesday of each month to review applications for changes. Due to the volume of applications, and the time necessary to review each one, modification applications must be completed and mailed or dropped off at the Community Center by the 15th of the month to be considered at that month's meeting.
