Residential neighborhoods are the smaller communities within Russett that form the basis of the Russett Community Association (RCA). The boundaries of each neighborhood were estblished by the developer, Russett Center Limited Partnership (RCLP), during the three phases of construction in Russett. As RCLP completes the infrastructure in each neighborhood, the lots are sold to builders who then sell to individual homeowners. (Note: Neighborhood 12A is the exception as Centex is developing that neighborhoood.)
Currently, there are 20 residential neighborhoods and 3 commercial rental properties within the Russett Planned Unit Development (PUD). Construction is underway on Neighborhoods 12B/C and 13DR.

If you are hosting an event within your neighborhood such as a meeting or party and want to let others know about it, send the Communications Committee an email outlining the event and we will add it to your neighborhood page.
