Advertisements for the Russett Reed must be submitted to Activities Coordinator -   at the Russett on-site management office in camera ready form no later than the Monday preceding the first Thursday of the month prior to publication of the issue for which the advertisement is planned. For example, and advertisement in the September/October issue would need to be submitted by the Monday preceding the first Thursday in August. Depending on the month and year that might be the last Monday of the previous month (the last Monday in July in the previous example.)

Each issue has limited advertisement space which is filled on a first-come first-served basis.

Russett's website is now ready to accept electronic advertising. The cost for web advertising is listed below. If an advertisement is not submitted in the appropriate format; there will be an $85 per hour charge to configure your ad. This is a one-time pass-through from Russett's web hosting company. The ad size should be 146 pixels wide and 90 pixels tall. Keeping the file size below 20k is needed for best performance. Supported formats are gif, jpg and swf.
