Neighborhood 12a is a town home community developed by Centex (not by Russett Center Limited Partnership). The town homes were built by Centex and Ryland. The neighborhood contains the following streets:

• Ganges Road
• Mississippi Road
• Nile Lane
• Pennington Drive
• Thames Lane

 

The streets are private streets and maintenance of the streets, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks will be performed by the association.
