The Communications Committee serves to promote and disseminate important information to the community as well as provide vehicles of communication for input from the community to the Board of Directors and committees via the community newsletter published at regular intervals and electronic communication media including the web site.
Volunteers from the Russett Community staff the Communications Committee. The Russett Community is comprised of homeowners, residents and renters. Individuals interested in participating are encouraged to become involved. To be eligible to participate, volunteers must be in good standing with the association. The Board of Directors reserves the right to select or appoint members of this committee.
Russett Community Definitions
Russett Homeowners: Residential unit owner of record and the RCA member
Russett Residents: Immediate members of homeowners’ households
Russett Renters: Renters of investor-owned units with written leases on file with the RCA.
The Communications Committee meets monthly at 7 p.m. at the Community Center. All residents are invited to attend and participate in the meetings. The primary responsibility of the committee is to provide and disseminate important information to the community and to provide vehicles of communication for input from the community to the Board of Directors and committees. The committee oversees the website and the production of the “Russet Reed” newsletter.
